Jake Kincaid joins Report for America Corps

Jake Kincaid, OPC Foundation Reuters Scholar Award winner in 2020, has joined inewsource as a Report for America corps member covering federal impact. Kincaid will cover the local impacts of Trump administration funding and policy changes on institutions and community members across the San Diego region for the Federal Impact Reporter. He had an OPC Foundation fellowship with Reuters in Mexico City.

Kincaid is joining another former OPC Foundation fellow, Jack Brook, in the Report for America corps. Brook works as a Louisiana Statehouse reporter for The Associated Press focusing on covering climate and environmental issues as well as infrastructure.
