Rachel Nostrant Joins The Houston Chronicle as Energy Reporter

Rachel Nostrant is joining the Houston Chronicle in June as an energy reporter focusing on oil and gas.

Rachel was previously a disability fellow at the New York Times. She won the OPC Foundation Edith Lederer Scholar Award in 2023 and had a fellowship with the Associated Press in London.
